Update: lowered stars to 1 star .. there aren't enough customers for 2 employees.... Yet I continuously wait in a 3-6 person... line multiple times daily... The staff here are amazing. The 2 stars goes to the owner of this location because every Saturdayafternoon you leave this one young lady to work on her own, which isn't only unsafe but it leaves everyone standing in lineforever. The amount of business that leaves the line each time I visit would easily pay for a second staff member. I'm onlyposting this after the 3rd visit in as many weeks with the same problem. Went in today instead of the drive thru. Horrible service. The counter girl was short and never smiled. Asked and paid for 20... Timbits, she passed them to me and I asked for a separate bag because I have 4 kids and 1 was in a separate car. Opened them andthey were mostly chocolate glazed and I knew from looking at them there weren?t 20 in the box, worked for Timmies for years!There were 16 the girl said that was all there was, no apology like it is ok to offer us less then what we paid for! After wepointed it out another worker offered us a donut which is fine but this should of been offered from the start and not because wepointed it out! Very disappointed, also if you are that low you get your baker to back, should never be this low! Again like Isaid I use to work for Tim?s. While this location is convenient, it is not always quick. The staff we encounter are usually very young and it is difficult to... get their attention at the counter if they're busy talking in the back. Aside from giving allowances for new staff who aretraining, I often have trouble explaining that I want to buy boxed tea - not just a plain tea bag. Perhaps having buttons orsomething to identify new staff in training would be helpful, and if they have a lot of work to do in the back, leave a bell onthe counter. Would also suggest not putting out as many branded products (cups, Christmas ornaments, Keurig etc) to sell as thestore is already very small and these items just make it more crowded. Read more

I'm really not sure what happened today. This is a place my wife goes all the time as it is convenient. They must have been... having a bad day. The server was rude to my wife and then when my daughter went a bit later she was treated so badly she endedup crying in the washroom for half an hour. Not happy about this. Read more

Fantastic service. Quick & friendly. Ordered a dozen of the same donuts without glaze and they made them up right away.
