My wife and I were loyal customers, but we will never return after our experience last Thursday night, August 25th. Our table... was ignored the entire night. We were served 2 sushi rolls immediately, and then the waitresses disappeared. When they came outinto the dining hall, they served every single table around us except for us. We had tried calling out to one of them multipletimes, and they would make direct eye contact with us and walk away. Can you imagine calling to your waitress with a smile, onlyfor them to ignore you and walk away? We sat there for over 2 hours, never got water, never got the rest of our food, andeventually we just got up, paid the bill and left. Ironically, when I stood in front of the debit machine, the same waitress whoignored us for over 2 hours ran up to me IMMEDIATELY when she saw I was paying. Just to give some context, I have never left areview, even if I have a negative experience, it takes a lot to upset me. However, this kind of service should not be tolerated.And it?s a shame because we came to this restaurant weekly, and regularly brought our friends with us to spread the word. Notthat the staff here would care, but we will never be returning. There are plenty of AYCE sushi restaurants in HRM, and we willbe giving our business to a place that VALUES their customers. Wasabi House Sackville- all you can eat dinner. I came here after a long time. Last time i visited this place in 2017. My... experience at that time was great. Unfortunately this time the experience that not something i was expecting as I know over thetime things get improve. This place needs lot of improvement when i compare this place with rest of the all you can eat placewith in HRM, i can only give Wasabi House 2 star. I can go for specific details but rather i like to give overall review. Whenyou spending $23.99 for all you can eat Dinner you have some minimum expectation like tasty food where is the taste is so so,shushi roles are bulky, avovado salad is full of latus, choice of food is poor, cold environment, server were straggling to sureyou the food in time, not paying attention to your table to clean after some dishes finished. They still have the same paperform for placing order, no smart ordering through tablet which actually helps to see what you are ordering. Adapting withtechnology is important no matter what kind of business are we doing. It's high time for Wasabi House Sackville to improve theirchoices if food, tastes of food, convince for placing order through tablets, make some changes like decorations. The best dish was miso soup, that's gotta tell you something. Very limited selections for lunch ayce. Dishes that were edible... were mediocre and others were either overcooked (sweet potato tempura)or undercooked - spring rolls and zucchini tempura wereraw, chewy, doughy mush of a dish. Read more
4th time we?ve been here, the food is always delicious and fast. It was the second time we got the all you can eat Sushi. We had... the food in about 6 minutes which was crazy. The place is never to busy which is nice so there isn?t usually a wait, but it isalways busy enough for a good atmosphere. They seem to do a huge take out service which I am sure we will be trying some nightafter work. It is now our go to spot for sushi since we moved to a Lower Sackville, it is worth the visit for anyone outside ofthe area as well. #sushi Read more
