3 times in a row, they didn't put all the burgers in the bag. How can you forget a burger? 3 times in a row!!!! && don't order... inside, you will be waiting along time. Last time this place gets my money. Horrible customer service. Incredibly slow staff, which wouldn't be so bad if your order was... fresh or even just correct but 9/10 its always wrong. People at drive-thru never pay attention. Have to constantly correct orderwhile ordering. Ask for extras, willing to pay, and never get it! Probably the absolute worst location I?ve ever been to. Me and my girlfriend came here because we were out all evening and we... were starving. We got to the speaker and was spoken to a grouchy teenage girl, the same person who took our payment, and slammedthe window shut, no ?thank you? or ?have a nice night? second window, we get our food. Most of it was wrong (meaning the sizesfor certain things were incorrect) my girlfriends side order of nachos wasn?t even done, it was thrown in the bag with no carein the world. We went back through because there was barely any cheese in the the bag and told the grouchy girl on the speakerthat her nachos wernt assembled, let alone there wasn?t anything to even assemble the nachos ourselves. ?Drive around? was theresponse. No apology or anything. The old woman at the second window threw the small bin for my girlfriends nachos and rudelysaid ?you only get one scoop.?my girlfriend was kinda just done with the rudeness and ignorance that she said ?okay well youguys are being really rude-? and then the old lady in the second window said ?yup okay have a goodnight? and proceeded to slamthe window shut. Like? your kidding right? It?s not the fact we?re unhappy with the nachos, it?s the fact you guys treated uslike garbage. WE WONT BE BACK PS: lower your wages again. We've eaten at this restaurant before and everything has been ok in the past. Last night (around 730pm) we went in for supper... and the experience was poor. The dining room was messy with garbage bins overflowing, trays/garbage on multiple tables and othertables not wiped down. This is understandable if the restaurant was busy but there were no customers in line and 3 people behindthe counter stocking nacho chips and cup lids instead of taking our order or tidying the tables. The supervisor asked us to holdon 2-3 times as he did laps around the kitchen before finally walking up the the register and greeting us by saying "yeah".Overall, there seemed to be plenty of staff but nobody took our order for the first 3-5 min as we waited. The food was goodexcept for 1 of our burgers was thrown together with 2 bottom buns. Overall, very disorganized. Read more

I don't like writing bad reviews - but the recent experience was not good at all. Ordered food on the app - with a set pick up... time about 45 mins later. Get to the store and when I went to get it was told I needed to "check-in" on the app by the manager -there is no option, I simply set a time for pick-up. She became argumentative about it and wouldn't listen to me that theresimply wasn't an option to do that... She could see the order but made me feel that I hadn't done it right - when I simplyfollowed the process and scheduled. I understand it was busy and was perfectly fine waiting, but she made me feel like I haddone something wrong and wouldn't listen to me, becoming abrupt in front of others at the store. Moral of the review - beempathic and listen to folks, it will make things easier for all. Read more
