The Dunkin tends to be significantly slower than the others in town.
Unfortunately the last 2 times I have come to this location, my latte has had an extreme amount of grounds on the bottom to the... point I couldn?t even drink it. I?m paying almost $5 for a drink I?d like to not have grounds in it. I?m not sure if people areforgetting to clean the machine, are lazy, or what not. Every single time I go to this Dunkin? I have a horrible experience (I know it?s my fault for continuing to give them chances... but it is directly next to my work). Whether it is getting a bacon and cheese wake up wrap when I order bacon egg no cheese or acompletely incorrect coffee it feels like something is always wrong. Today I ordered a small ice coffee with oak milk mocha andshot of coconut (the same coffee I order here multiple times a week and multiple times a week I try a different variation of itbut I have come to expect it will be wrong but still better than no coffee). I had to repeat my coffee order 3 times at thedrive through and still it was given to me incorrectly but unlike the normal mess up the shot of coconut was an expresso shotwhich I can?t have because I am 8 months pregnant. After wasting my money here way too many times I decided to leave work andcome back and politely ask for a new coffee made without the espresso. The guy wasn?t very apologetic but was nice and made me anew coffee. When I got out I noticed it wasn?t full which is a disappointment considering I get to have a measured amount ofcaffeine a day and upon taking the first sip tastes extremely strong making me feel like once again it has been made withexpresso. There was no label on it so I don?t even know what he used to make it but I do know it doesn?t taste at all like whatI ordered. I will not be asking for a 3rd coffee and finally will be breaking my ties with the toxic relationship I have withthis Dunkin? Donuts and I will not be returning. MANAGER CRYSTAL THREATENED TO SPIT IN MY FOOD - PREVIOUS REVIEW REMOVED. 0 STARS. Now that I am highly frustrated that my... review was removed from google i will share again. The woman taking my order about a week or so ago was terribly rude. when Ididnt hear what she said and asked her to repeat herself she became even nastier and as I was pulling up heard her say " Iwouldnt be rude to someone who WILL spit in your food". Interesting... because I asked her to repeat herself. When I pulled upto the window i recognized the voice at the window was the same person taking my order.
