If I could give a lower rating I would. Drive thru workers continually cut you off when making an order, orders rarely come out... prepared right or even the correct items. Today I got a fry carton that looked like it had blood on the carton, and not thesandwich I ordered at all! Went back in to the counter, and the person making the fries has a bandaid on their finger and NOGLOVES!!! Management needs to step up and be present?NEVER see a manager in there. Pathetic! Read more
They are walking out to your car and getting the money for the food so that you won't drive off because it takes so long in the... line to get your food that people are driving off. Now they come out to your car four five cars down the line and take yourmoney ahead of time so if you drive off you're still paid. The absolute worst Burger King I've ever been to and the slowest. Waited for almost 5min before anyone even came to take our order at the counter. From time of order 1:03pm to getting food... 1:25pm a few people came in and walked out because they didn't get any service. 20+ min for a BBQ chicken patty and paid apremium price for it. Nothing like the original spicy BBQ chicken sandwich that came out this past year. It was so thin Ithought it was a burger. I showed the people and they corrected me. I was wrong and I apologized. I'm a Jewish vegetarian - I don't eat meat, and these people purposely gave me a meat Patty... I say purposely because there is... a huge difference between an impossible Whopper and a bloody meat Patty. On top of that- every time I order my burger they neverput any lettuce on it ......even though I'm ordering a vegetarian hamburger. but my buddy who orders the meat Burger always getslettuce on theirs ,and we order at the same time. ... Burger King has become irritating and annoying lately. Some of their stores do not sell ice cream or milkshakes any more!! This... is a crime!! It is summer time and a fast food joint does not sell milkshakes? I have become disappointed, discouraged anddisillusioned with this brand and name. I really wish I didn't have to give this place 1 star!! The employee's clearly can't read an order. They will make your food how... they feel like it. The food was trash!! Stale, dry buns, hard fries and the one thing I ordered (jalapeno cheddar bites) that Ithought for sure they couldn't mess up was over fried and tasted like burnt, 6 month old oil. Lol the funny part is, BK offeredme a $3 credit for 3 whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, fries and Jalapeno cheddar bites.. kick rocks with that. I want all of my moneyback! Ordered through the drive through. They always screw you when you use the drive through... Great movie... Anyway, ordered 2... burgers, they added the wrong topping, fries were cold and not cooked, instead of bacon it was like they used bacon bits. Now Iremember why I don't eat here.
