I ordered in the afternoon a med nugget platter for pick up at 6-615. Prepaid so I could just run in and pick it up. Got there... at 630. No order. Had to wait for them to make it. Why did I have to preorder and pay. Could have just went threw the drivethru. Had to wait almost 20 min to get the order. That was supposed to be ready 15 min before I got there.
