Worst experience. Haven't ordered in awhile and discovered tonight we get routed to a 3rd world call center that can't handle... taking a order. Why are you routing orders overseas when the location is down the street. Don't give excuses either onworkforce/short staff/etc. This is simply a bad business decision. Blows my mind and is wrong. I always go to this Domino's, and this Middleburg location has always taken care of my order and the food is always so... delicious. I like to order through the Domino's app on my phone. Coupons are ALWAYS available, just take the extra coupleminutes to search through and see if anything matches your order or could. I always have savings within my orders! We usualy order froom Papa Johns but thought we would give dominoes a try. Quickly got my order, but the food was just okay in... quality. Not as good as Papa John's or little Ceasars. I'm not sure if that's usually how dominoes is or if we just had an offnight. Also the pizzas were cut all janky. Read more
A very grateful Thank You to Ashley, Manager at this location. We were putting on two pool parties for our young children in... Azalea Ridge. I phoned Ashley and asked her for the help in providing pizza for both parties on two different dates. She wasso awesome, worked with us and made sure the pizza was delivered on time and very hot. I usually only order delivery when I really don?t feel like getting papa Murphy?s. The last few times I have ordered here the... food has been over cooked. It is not good at all. My 7 year old told me that it did not taste good but he was so hungry he wasgoing to eat it. I told him to stop and made him a sandwich. The dessert was over cooked and not gooey. My order gets messed up at least every other time I go. I will not return again. They either give me the wrong salad, pizza,... leave out plastic ware and napkins when I am on my lunch break with no utensils or napkins with messy pizza. I have always lovedtheir fresh Ceasars Salads but my last visit, half of it was wilted, brown and mushy. I even emailed corporate to see if theycould check on it. Didn't want a refund, just wanted them to fix their problems because they are so convient for me. I waited amonth and that is when I got a throw away salad. Prices go up and quality goes down.
