Normally we love Papa John's. We ordered last night and the wait estimate was 35-45 minutes. Totally doable. But. We didn't get... our pizza for an hour and 20 minutes after I'd ordered. Which seems kind of ridiculous. The pizza was barely warm when we gotit. I don't know if that's the outsourcing to door dash or what, but it was a disappointment. Read more

I made a simple order to Papa John's around 6:50pm online by computer. I selected Delivery and was told the approx. time that it... would be delivered to my house where my family was hungry and waiting on it to arrive. Never got a Notification that is wasready or being delivered. So I made a quick call up to the location that I ordered from and a woman answered the phone to tellme that it was carryout not delivery. That it was my mistake on my end that it was carryout instead. For it to be delivered tome, they charged me $4.00 for the delivery fee. My food didn't arrive until 8 - 8:15PM, half my food was cold and the other halfwas hot like it was suppose to be. My future ordering, it will not be with Papa John's anymore. Read more
Seems no one cares about customer .service anymore. Only takes a moment to be respectful and take pride in your job. 3 weeks ago... order received pizzas not cooked completely. Location. Mgr offered free pizza on next order. I Called and first told nothing onfile for free order and delivery would be 1 hour 30 mins. Called back to change order to a pick up. Was placed on hold and after5 minutes someone picked up and hung up phone. Called again from different phone and was told pizza ready 5 minutes and was inoven. I arrive ..pizza was ready for delivery orders asked older lady at front if she was mgr. Just stared and smiled, girl inback laughing as well. Don't understand mean people. We understand short staffed, short drivers, there were 5 employees thereand no apology just laughing and no accountability. After 16 years, no more of our money for area business. Normally my pizza is fantastic and delivery is wonderful. But today I did not have the same experience. I always get my pizzas... with light sauce, And because I don't want want to wait another 40 minutes for another pizza; I'm left with trying to eat aroundthis. It seems like there is extra sauce and the cheese is missing about an inch from the crust. Over all the pizza does nottaste that good either. But since it just me, I guess I can just pick around it. When I call the manager said that I couldreplacements when I want to order again. Losses but when I called last week to order the pizzas they said that they couldn't doit because they didn't write the information down, and they were not just going to give me a free pizza ????
