I went in and ordered a 3 piece chicken dinner with fries and macaroni and beignets. I heard William (the cashier) ask where the... powdered sugar was and apparently he didn?t bother to find any. He handed me my order and said ok thank you before I got my teaand beignets. I said I still need my other stuff and he got it. While I was waiting I heard him take a elderly gentleman?sorder. He asked him if he wanted a small medium or large drink with his order . As the gentleman was considering it William(cashier) told him it doesn?t matter it comes with a medium. Very condescending. I get home and I have only two pieces ofchicken and the powder less beignets. I called and William said if I had my receipt I could come back but he didn?t give me one.He said when I come back in I could get that piece but not for 7 days. Unbelievable. They were not very busy today, so I received excellent service. They cooked my fries fresh, as requested, and got three orders... completely correct. When I was about to leave, a lady employee offered and carried my drinks to my car while I carried thefood. All locations I have been to, have made mistakes with my orders when they are covered up with hungry, short of patiencecustomers. Today they get a great rating from me. Read more
The day I visited they were super busy and there were only 3 employees in there. Being in the service industry, I know the... feeling so I wasn't upset about having to wait. They apologized profusely but I completely understood. My food was good and myservice was good. Read more
Upon my arrival there was a very very long line the lady in the speaker box was very kind considerate and patient as I navigated... them and you answered all of my questions politely Lord knows I had a lot of them once I reach the window I saw that they werewhat looked like understaffed the young lady whose name was given to me by another team member was Amanda was running around andmaking orders taking orders and helping inside guess oh well serving the window in a timely manner I was very satisfied I wasturned back to Popeyes tonight the speaker box had reportedly been hit by lightning however there was no long wait the younglady named Amanda was back in the window again I was 100% satisfied with her and her manners and speedy service she was verypolite she was very cordial and she never lost her smile even though I had listen to the person in front of me give her muchgrief about how long it was taking for them to make their order she smiled apologized and continued what she was doing Inormally go to Chick-fil-A because of the service I had once received at Popeyes not being so nice however as long as ?Amanda?is in the kitchen I will definitely be frequenting more often! I hope she sees this because I promised her I would make anannouncement about how satisfying her service was! Walked in with mask as the sign on the door says it is required by management. First thing I notice is that out of all the... employees only two people have masks on, one with it halfway on and 5 with no mask at all, including managment. I asked to seeif we had to wear ours and the lady told us we have to, so not very happy that every person handling our food don't have a maskbut we are required to. We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and 2 original chicken. They were so good, hot and tasted great.Everything was clean and our order came out in a good timely manner. This place is ridiculous, they only had French Fries as your sides. They claimed they didn't have any sides ???? then when I got... home and my family started to eat, the fries was so soggy we had to put them in the air fryer ???? then we couldn't eat all thechicken. First time and last time. Worst service ever. They call this a chicken strip???? And when I order a large size I expect a large.... It's not even filled to the top and I got little to no gravy. This location is sooo unprofessional! The drive thru is always a nightmare. The workers always talk to you like you are... bothering them and they could really not be bothered with actually providing any type of customer service. And... they are usingthe dining room as a storage room. I won't be going to this location again. It's too many places available to eat at for me tospend my money where it's not appreciated. Read more
