Your better off going to the McDonald's just down the street, at least there you have a 50/50 shot of getting something you... ordered in the drive thru. Or better yet, who ever runs this store should go to the nearest elementary school and get someenthusiastic 3rd graders to work there, bet $100 they would be more productive. 35+ min wait in a drive thru with 3 cars in thewhole lot is kinda B.S.! We came at about 2:20 for happy hour which after double checking on the sonic website is in-fact the hours we were told it was... not we then politely asked if we could get the happy hour discount to which she said no because happy hour was from three tofour then we showed her yet she still denied it was happy hour. Went to buy a tea and cup of ice. After waiting over 15 min and watching the employees from Mavis next door go in and out the... building and watching waitresses come out on their cell phones my husband went inside upset. There was one woman actuallyworking and the others we not. The food has gone down hill and I really wish they could get some good workers in there bc it?sone of my favorite places to go. My daughter and have come here on several occasions just to get a cherry coke with extra extra cherries. I have never been... charged more than .60 cent for the extra extra cherries and now they are charging .20 cent per cherry. I?ll never go here againthis is absolutely ridiculous! I can buy a whole jar for the amount they charging per cherry! Read more

I placed a mobile order today and pulled into a stall to pick it up. It came out in a good amount of time. When a nice young... lady, Lacey came out and noticed that part of our order was missing, she was very apologetic and came back out shortly with therest of our order. Worst Sonic and drive thru I have been to in a while. Waited about 20-25 minutes and then issues with the food. The "Texas... toast" bread was just normal bread, with one of the peices being an end piece of the loaf. Thr bread was also extrememly staleand hard. One of the sandwiches was burnt. The root beer in the root beer float was warm and flat and hardly had ice cream init. A part of the order was also messed up, with a side missing. We noticed workers were young teenagers who kept coming outsideto talk to their friends. Read more

The food was pretty good for a Sonic and the service was polite but the wait time was ridiculous. To be fair, it was really busy... and they said they were short staffed, but I hit the call button and didn't get a response for close to 30 minutes. I actuallydownloaded their app, placed my order and got my food before they took my order at the drive-in. I recommend placing your orderonline rather than in person, much quicker. Edit: went back again. This time the food was still good, service was still politebut the wait time was much shorter. Read more
