Absolutely atrocious. The associate was rude and had a friend come behind the counter to help. No gloves and handling the bread.... I ordered online for delivery and did not receive what I ordered. Purchased two subs today. Got the new oven roasted turkey. I felt like all I had was bread with cheese. It was as if there was... no meat at all. Same experience on today's visit plus the bread was torn so when I lifted the sandwich the bread flopped to theside dangling and all the veggies fell off. Was still good tasting but come on... Place is mad sus. It will be randomly closed throughout the day and I will see dozens of people try to go in and the door is... locked. This isn't when it's close to closing time it's in the middle of the day. I have never seen any employees or anyone inthere getting food. Maybe they are severely under staffed orrrrr it's used for money laundering. It's right next to a drycleaner and a laundromat. I don't know seems a bit sussy to me. Read more
Place an online order for 5 meals Order was accepted and said it was processed and ready for pick up arrived at the restaurant... the doors were locked no one there did not answer the phone Another shop owner came out and said they had a walk out of all theemployees yesterday morning so they have been closed for 2 days . Turn off your online ordering if your stores are close andrefund money to guess who have prepaid for their meals. Read more
Placed an online order, said it would be ready at 6:30pm. Show up at 6:45pm after it says it's ready and the store is closed.... Even though the open sign is on the door is locked and all the food is clearly put away and no sign of my order. I'll bwdisputing this charge with the bank. Read more
Placed an order on Door Dash, they didn't have meatballs so the driver asked me what I wanted to replace it so I said pepperoni.... I also got a Tuna fish sub, well let me tell you there was barely any tunafish , no onions or pickles and the saddest pepperonisub I have ever seen in my life. They are screwing the customers over by having us pay those prices and getting the least amountof the most expensive item on there that we are paying for!! Read more
Let me tell you about these awesome ladies who made me the best sandwiches today. Dea and Bella. They were the most kind and... patient sandwich artist's I have ever come across. I am a picky eater and they were so understanding and patient with me. Theymade me laugh and smile the entire time I was there. I believe these 2 ladies deserve a raise. Progressively they make the order I have worse and worse. The first few times it was an ingredient missing here or there. No... biggie. More recently they have switched the toppings on the subs completely! I wanted ingredients on sub #1 but they wouldput it on sub #2 and vice versa. Keep in mind we ordered online and nobody was at the shop when we arrived in the evening. Howcan the people working there mess up do badly? Read more
