I ordered a Cobb Salad. The lettuce tasted old. I thought I was picking up a piece of browned chicken and when it was in my... mounts, I realized it was brown lettuce. The lettuce on the bottom of my salad was rotten. The eggs tasted weird. I ended upthrowing the salad away. A huge waste of money. I have always loved Zaxby?s salads, but I will never get one again. This is the slowest ?fast food? restaurant in Middleburg. Even Popeyes next door gets you through the line faster! Doesn?t... matter what time of day you go, expect to spend over 20 minutes here before you even get your food. Also be prepared for them tobe out of something, because for the past 2 months they?ve been out of something every time I?ve gone. Probably won?t be backhere because there?s much better options. This is a busy location. There is road construction going on and it is kind of hard to get in and out of. The store was clean... but appears to be run by teenagers. The tenders are always good, I came here to get some fried mushrooms but they have beendiscontinued! I tried the Cheddar bites, they were okay but not a substitute for the mushrooms! Read more

Very poor customer service experience at this Middleburg chain. I went through the drive through and ordered 4 chicken tender... meals. I drive 15 minutes home only to discover they didn?t put any Zaxby?s Sauce in any of my orders. You can?t eat their foodwithout the sauce, it?s why people even come. So I loaded up the food and drove 15 minutes back to get the sauce and also havethem remake my food since the food I brought back is by now soggy and cold. I get there and the manager tells me they?re slammedand it?ll be a while before they can remake my food. I?ve been in customer service, the right answer would have been, ?Iapologize for our mistake, we will have a new batch right up for you.? Tell me why I pay for a large fry and drink to be added to my son?s meal and it is the same amount of fries you just slap a... piece of toast on the top to make it look full. Hey Zaxby?s! Why is your lobby still closed? I refuse to online order and go drive thru! The pandemic is over! It is coming out... that the CDC lied about the numbers! The chicken fingers and boneless buffalo wings are very good. All the sauces are great except I am not a big fan of the teriyaki... one. The fries are plain crinkle cut fries and they are ok. Tried the new signature chicken sandwich today and it was the worstchicken sandwich I have ever had. Also, was the first time I could not eat something I ordered from a drive thru. Three bites inhoping something would change and couldn?t do any more. The sauce, pickles and bread were fine. The actual chicken breast itself was juicy yet had weird taste and texture was like eating squid. They did cook it fresh because I had to wait 11 minutesafter ordering to receive it and it was hot.
