Ordered an 8 ounce steak and it was basically gum. So rubbery that the fork and knife couldn?t even go through it. I could not... swallow a piece because you can chew all day and it still wouldn?t be soft enough to be edible. Came with mushroom and potatobut there was like 3 mushrooms in total. Was getting new tires on truck and decided to stop in for brunch. Amazing staff and the food was great. Didn't have mozzarella... sticks but wonton tacos weren't a bad substitute. Read more
Had a really good burger. Fries were not fresh,tasted like they had been sitting a while that said the reason I'm writing this... review is about the server we had. When the server came to our table we were not greeted and asked what we would like to drink ,instead we were greeted with " what you want" .. you need to give better training, that is not how you take beverage/foodorders,it sounded rude and un professional. only good thing about this applebee?s is the kindness of the staff. the food is tasteless. multiple tables left dirty on a... saturday night with no crowd. only two of the waitresses bussing tables while the other seven employees chat at the bar.multiple complaints about the food being dry/tasteless around us as well. Good food and fast service. We did find a penne noodle in our Alfredo though (photo below, see if you can find it!).
This was so much fun! Would like to go every year! Only problem, you gotta be ready for those food prices! Wow! $9.00 for... Chicken fingers and Fries and you dont get a lot. It's good though! The experience is still fun to Cheer for your College. Getthere early for festivities, walk around and see the sites. The facility is fantastic! Great job Canton, Ohio???????????? Read more
Went to this Applebee's tonight with my family. Took awhile for drinks alone to come back to our table. Put our orders in and... everyones orders but mine came out. I ordered the all you can eat boneless wings which should have taken less time than any ofthe entrees ordered at our table. We got here at 740pm our food came almost an hour later. Told the waitress to put a secondround in for the chicken since first one took so long to get and second one came out not as hot as the first. Top it off one ofmy kids got sick on the Alfredo.
