While I love Bob Evans for their menu choices and all around good comfort food, this visit didn't hit the mark. The food quality... wasn't what we usually get from Bob Evans and while not terrible it wasn't our best experience. The chicken with honey dinner Iusually get had much smaller pieces of chicken than I've been served before. It wasn't bad, just a little disappointed with it.All in all a good restaurant, despite this. They were very busy when we went for lunch and got us seated within 30 mins ofarriving. Read more
We stopped here for a late afternoon breakfast. The service was good and the food was average. The sides could have been a... little more generous. While waiting for our food I was looking around at the ceilings and noticed a lot of dirt. The vents weredirty. I thought this restaurant was recently remodeled, but in any event, they need cleaning. This was my first time at Bob Evans and I have no regrets, their eggs bacon and French toast were great the waiters are nice the... wait time for our food was not bad and the prices were not expensive just like any other breakfast place. Read more
So disgusted and disappointed. Orders brunch for my family and got their ?fresh fruit ? for a side and they gave us rotten... strawberries one had mold as you see in the photo. Also the honey butter chicken was burnt and the rolls. Read more
The WORST Bob Evans I have ever had the unfortunate luck to get food from. If I could give this nightmare of a restaurant zero... stars I would. The biscuits were hard, tasted of fryer grease, and crammed into the container barely recognizable as biscuits.The fries were rubber and as hard a boot leather. Their idea of a ?bowl? of gravy is about the size of a small tea cup and thatis being generous. The eggs were ordered to be over easy and the whites were still uncooked and slimy. Best sausage gravy around. Nice restaurant, fairly clean. It can get busy on weekend mornings and feels cramped but I guess... that?s normal. Prices are fare. Read more
This is my first time in Bob Evans. We went to the store at Middleburg heights on a Saturday afternoon. Its a wonderful place... for family. I was talking to someone who said that there is usually long wait before you can get in. But we just walked in. Thefood is fresh and yummy. The ambiance is really welcoming. Read more
I would like to start off and say the food was amazing. Everything tastes fresh and portions were very good. Country Fried steak... was just crunchy enough while the meat was tender. The downside was the service and listening to the wait staff stand right nextto us and bash the older customers that frequent the establishment. Also while cleaning off a table the staff person flung thefood onto the floor which is fine but some landed very close to where we were eating. Just kind of rude. Read more
