gave this location a 3rd shot. what wreck. out of beans , grilled peppers and onions. could not hear anything cuz employees... using shop vac in dining area. but what got me most aside from small portions was the attitude we received. girl at check outjust glared and was short w my wife. never again. bad filthy place. Trying to get through to this restaurant is an absolute nightmare. I got an order delivered tonight and I haven't in over a year... because of last time and yet again they did it again. They forgot my chips and my bowl barely had enough rice to cover thebottom of the bowl. It's so frustrating because we love chiptole and the other locations never mess up my order. Read more

Always out of menu items. Staff never tells people waiting in long lines that they are out of specific menu items. Counters are... always messy and tables are hardly ever kept clean after previous use. Overall it just sucks! Chipotle in Strongsville on Pearlisn't that far away and is 100 times better in ever category. Read more
