The Tuna sub was very good. Parking was ample, and the service was fast. This was the first time having their Tuna sub and glad... I did. The other subs are very good as well. You should always specify soft bread so you get just that. I have had manydifferent subs from different Companies yet I will pick Jersey Mike's most of the time. While normally, I would be ecstatic to order from Jersey Mikes, I am opting to go to elsewhere from now on. I would typically... like to place my order in the app to interact with the rude staff as little as possible, but the last 5 times in the last weekand a half I have tried to order, it says that they are not accepting online orders. It?s pretty sad when you attempt to use theapp and place an order to try and take advantage of the free delivery that they advertise, only to find that they aren?taccepting orders in the app. What a crock. I got 2 subs and 2 kids meals. And a gluten free cookie. I appreciate that they are very considerate of gluten allergies. The... team knew exactly what was needed and checked if that was adequate for me to be comfortable. Such thoughtfulness is rare. Theyhave some good subs and yummy desserts! First of all the sub was amazing. The 30 minutes it took, not so much... Don't get me wrong it's busy during lunch but when you... see a guy standing there and the five people who ordered after him are gone don't you think you would find out what he's waitingfor. After someone finally did and started to make my sub I didn't get an apology or offered a free side or drink. Nothing!!! Horrible customer service! My co-worker I will never eat there again because his sub was cold by the time I received mine and nooffer to make him a fresh one. Read more
