Terrible experience this morning. Ordered breakfast through the app and arrived about 30 minutes later. They couldn't find my... app order even though I had confirmation of it. Decided to just order in the drive thru. Got my food and pulled away, only torealize that it wasn't my order. Had to return and walk in with the food. Worker had a slight attitude when I walked up withthe bag of food. Then they gave me what I ordered and my biscuit was cold and hard. Not worth my time or money. This place is terrible. From the people who work there to the absolutely worst, burnt, and cold food that we have ever had... from a McDonald's!!!!! We came here a couple of months ago in drive thru and placed on order. Got home and the fries were icecold and the burgers were burnt. I mean Burnt black!!!!! I took everything back and the kid behind the counter didn't even sayanything to me or looked inside the bag. He had a red bandanna on and a flannel shirt. I don't know if he even worked there. He took the bag of food and throw it out and gave me the money back. We didn't learn our lesson and went back yesterday. Thefood was absolutely disgusting. Disgusting mind you I ordered a 10 piece nugget and a happy meal for my kid extra fries no extra fries for my kid I got a burnt... sandwich and a chicken nugget box with sauce in it ?! Super quick to send u away without all u ordered or need ...like napkins please n can we get the shake machine working more... often please...other times they do great..I get it it's fast food..but mack industries has million dollar employees living infla on million dollar condos and fly their workers bk n forth for anything their hearts desire but I can't get a napkin and 2catsup packets without someone rolling their eyes...it's fine to be a million dollar company but ur customers somehow fit inthat equation not after the fact either...it's great they can turn their nose up at a dropped 20.00 on Bocas beaches orMiamisburg pizza n merlot spots wich actually exist..but us here me I'll say 4 sure are not there enjoying my rich bishhhsuntanning days...lol I'm the customer scraping together dollar bills n quarters after busting my butt all week n dying fromthis auto immune disease that only 200,000 are born with..so yea can I get some respect ,napkins,katsup and a have a good nightmamm..that would be great!
