I love their food,my daughter loves their cookies and menu offers.
Service wasn't bad. Food was pretty good. My "warm chocolate chipper" wasn't warm but that didn't stop me from eating it. Panera... is a favorite of ours, I just wish it wasn't soooo expensive. It costs more to eat there than fancier dine in restaurants and Idon't know who I am tipping when I deliver my own food and bus my own tables but I leave full and not feeling disgusting ???? Do not order (online or otherwise) from this location. Ordered through the app tonight and our order was wrong! Ordered a... sandwich, soup, and a salad. Ended up with two soups. Called to let them know and get the order corrected, just to be blamed.The manager I spoke to basically said, "I spoke with them and they said they didn't mess up." ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I told her,"Then why did I open the bag to find two soups that I didn't order??" Said they'd put me in their book for 30 days so I couldcome get the correct order anytime, but I asked if I could come tonight. Said that's fine, but to bring the soups with me. Droveback there and her response when she opened the bag was, "Oh, there are two soups." We waited while she fixed the order, butwith no apology or acknowledgement. She hands me the bag and says, "Here you go," under her breath before walking into the back.This isn't the first time they've messed up, which we've forgiven, but this was the last straw for me. Meh. The people seem unhappy and the layout is really weird. Do not go if you have a large group. And they never have cinnamon... or nutmeg at the coffee bar like all the other Panera's. I feel bad giving them a mediocre review but I've met people there forbusiness meetings 3 times now and the cashiers are not the "Thanks for visiting Panera's. How are you doing today" type ofcashiers. All three times they just waited at the register for me to initiate conversation. No smiles. No thank you. If that'show it's going to be, install the self-check out kiosk and let me order myself. Also, the only place for 4 or more people to sittogether is just 3 feet outside the bathroom doors. This would be the perfect Panera's if you didn't want friendly interactionwith anyone, have no interest in cinnamon or nutmeg on your coffee and are dining alone. Read more
If you want thick and chunky soup definitely go to this Panera lol. Absolutely disgusting that they actually served me this. At... least I got a half sandwich and they made it correct so I?m not absolutely starving. I worked at Zoup and they do the samething with there soup and I know this had been sitting out wayyyy to long. It?s literally chunky. How do you serve this to yourcustomers. I was not surprised when I came to make a review that many reviews only had one star. I loved Panera but the customer service at... this location is absolutely disappointing. I?ve worked many years in the food industry and know the way this situation handledwas not the way to go. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich through l which did not even have the bacon on it. I called andI could pick up my sandwich within 30 days or I had to return the sandwich to prove that they did not do their job. I ordereddelivery for reasons as I had difficulty leaving my house at the time. This Panera location definitely left a terrible taste inmy mouth and I?ll be sure to order elsewhere from now on.
