Ordered a Grande latte with no ice and got a cup with barely half full. I have NEVER had that kind of service at any other... Starbucks. And they would not correct it!! I asked for no ice and this is the drink I was handed. I always ask for no ice, because I genuinely do not like it, and never... have I been given a drink only filled half way. A little room at the top is understandable. I paid almost $7 for this. Such arip-off. Also drive thru wait was long and I left wishing I had never gone. Read more
This used to be my favorite store now it seems to have a lot of new staff that spends a lot of time gossiping while they make... your drinks. Even talking about other employees and other people at other stores. Drinks tend to be made wrong which I attributeto the lack of focus. Read more
Ordered an sugar cookie latte today and honestly it was the worst beverage ever ordered. I have had it once already at a... different location and it was amazing. This time was the complete opposite! I basically got a cup of milk. I don?t taste theespresso, I don?t taste the flavor and there were no sprinkles either. My second time at this location and both have beenawful:(.
