I love their Bahama mama smoothie but lately I have been ordering at night and they are either forgetting some of the order or... the smoothie is less than up to par. Tonight my smoothie was so chunky, it was almost as if the workers who made it didn't wantto put in much effort because it was less than an hour away from closing time. I enjoy sharing my food (especially my smoothie)with my 10 month old because I work long hours ( typically from 8 AM to 9 PM) sometimes I do not have time to cook supper. Iunderstand you want to go home and don't feel like giving it your all at the end of a long work shift, but this is not cool. Still love the food and will probably still order just not at night.. I liked my smoothie and it was delicious but it took me a half hour to drink it. When I got home, I found out that there was a... tablespoon sized glob of peanut butter that was not mixed in. Also tons of big chunks of ice. I highly recommend better mixingprotocols. Read more
Employees are always courteous and kind. Food is great! However, you should be more mindful of what music is playing at your... establishment. We brought our kids in and they had Lil Wayne's "I wish I could F*** every girl in the world" song playing. Iasked if they could change it and they quickly and without hesitation, did. I had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Café. I actually ordered the wrong breakfast sandwich and the staff was nice... enough to make me the one I wanted. The food was tasty and my smoothie was good. They also have their own homemade chipotlesauce, which is really good with any sandwich. I?ve had it before in Florida, this is my time visiting this location in Ohio.I?ll be coming back a few more times before I officially leave Ohio. Read more
