Worked there and still have yet to get paid at all. Wrote me up after leaving 30 mins early from my shift ending to get burn... cream for my hand after burning it there pretty badly. We were visiting in from out of town and right before we came in they had been nailed with multiple giant Doordash orders. They... apologized for the wait and still managed to stay in friendly moods despite only two of them working with that much to makequickly. I unfortunately have worked in the restaurant industry and understand how much of a menace online ordering and deliveryservices can be to the restaurant and it's workers since it doesn't take into account for how busy the establishment already is,number of staff or amount of other orders. They worked as fast as they could and when it was time for my order it was nice andhot and tasted great. They definitely deserve recognition for their work. Read more

Visited Middleburg Heights location on Engle Road today. The people "working" there were too busy gossiping than to fill the ice... machine and make sure there were beverages. We brought in a friend who has been very stressed as her 2 young grandsons were in acar accident recently and may have to take custody of them. She was so stressed earlier as we were thrift shopping for emergency clothes and things for them that she threw up. She had eaten very little so I knew she needed some kind of comfort food and tode-stress as she is trying to help them through PTSD from the incident. I am disgusted that she had to hear the loud gossipingamongst the workers when this was supposed to be some time we were giving her to finally eat a meal in peace so she can be takencare of to be a caretaker. Delicious food and friendly people! I stopped by Zoup for a good lunch before my flight. There are a lot of options ranging from... healthy and vegetarian to indulgent. You can sample the soups! The lobster bisque and squash soup are really good. Desiree wassuper friendly and helpful! Read more
Cold sandwich, inattentive workers. No one was in here when I came in and it took 10 minutes. Soup was all crusty in the pans.... Or completely out. Happens ALL the time. Horrible. I will be calling management tomorrow. Read more
