I'd been here before but am from out-of-state so it'd been a few years. I visited Wed., September 21 in the late afternoon. I... thought the chicken was really inedible--super dry (see photo attached). Stuffing was a little moist for my taste but I get it,everybody makes theirs differently. Roast beef was delicious as were the noodles, roll, and gravy. The old-fashioned cream piewas wonderful. But I just can't get past the chicken. The two pieces I got were both like this--dry, and stringy. And neithermy server (pleasant) nor the lady cashier (seemed like she'd rather be anyplace else) asked me if everything was good, like mostany restaurant elsewhere does. I guess I'm spoiled with Mrs.Yoder's Kitchen Amish restaurant in Mt. Hope, OH. Read more

The food here was awesome. We enjoyed both the broasted chicken and meatloaf. The prices were also quite reasonable. Can't wait... to return again. Read more

Wow! Living 2.5 hrs away, whenever we came here, this was #1 on our go to place to eat. But, out of 4 of us yesterday, none of... us could believe how the quality and selection of foods had changed on the dinner buffet. Very limited selection of all salad, entree and desert bars. There wasn't even a desert bar! Only plain, frozen, white or chocolate cake which looked to be fromGorden Foods with no taste! We were all so looking forward to their wonderful, delicious pies. That, we were told you had topay for extra (on top of $22/person!) and am sure it was probably another $6-7/person! We've been coming here over 20 years andthis was the worst ever compared to their well known reputation. We were not the only ones noticing. It was very, very obviousthat the quality reputation they have served all these years did not exist any longer. How sad! We will not be back to dinehere. However, pleasant and most friendly atmosphere and plenty to look at for shoppers. Read more

Cool cars, good food, and shopping! We went for the Thursday cruise-in but enjoyed the food and shops too. The restaurant offers... a menu style or buffet option for dining. The shops offer a little bit of everything. Lots of nice things for purchase. Read more

Tuesday buffet. We got there about 2:30. It switches over to dinner buffet at 3:00, which we got charged for, but it’s only a... dollar more, so that’s not a big deal at all. Plus, they added Turkey. Hamburger noodle casserole was a bit salty, butthat’s the only criticism I can come up with. Honestly, just leave me alone with a plate of those rolls and some apple butterand I’m good. I would say save room for pie, but really, it’s more like MAKE room for pie. I had the butterscotch this time, and it was heavenly. Much lighter than it looked, and not overly sweet. Read more

Had been to the bakery before but never dined in. And apparently forgot to review it, but it's good that I waited Anyway because... I did more this time :) The buffet is awesome! Most of the food is pretty comparable to Blue Gate, rich and carby Amishgoodness. Service is really good, we never waited more than a couple minutes to have plates taken away. The building itself isreally cool, with neat decor hanging around everywhere, and it's huge! Can't wait to come back! Read more

As expected the Broasted Chicken is the highlight! We also ordered Roast Beef, mashed potatoes and fries, as well as cream pies.... The chicken was awesome but I wasn't a fan of the cream pies. Read more
