Absolutely the worst service that I have had from any server ever! I suggested to a friend that we try this place since he liked... Italian food. We waited over 20 minutes just for a waitress to come to our table, we ordered our food at the same time since thewait was a long time. She told us the only thing good there was the pizza or the chicken. So I ordered the chicken parmesan, myfriend the lasagna. We ordered bread sticks. They didn't come as we witnessed every other table getting drinks and appetizers.We didn't get refills on drinks as we waited. Wait time for bread sticks approaching a half hour. Finally they came and our foodcame right after. She dropped everything and left. My friends lasagna was good. My chicken parmigiana, the first bite wasamazing. Went to try the sauce and it was bitter. Not the worst until I went to eat the noodles and rest of the dish and foundthat the noodles hadn't been drained properly and were sitting in water. The sauce wouldn't even stick. The waitress never cameback. I finally picked and ate what I could. We waited and she dropped off a bill and left. Not one word asking how everythingwas or if we needed any thing else. So we got up to pay since she didn't come back, only to be told by the hostess that we paidat our table. I told her the waitress said that she was busy. I honestly don't know doing what. The hostess went and got her. Wehad to have her split the bill. I did tip! A tip is a bonus that is earned. I went to wait outside. My friend paid his andjoined me and said she was extremely mean and rude when he didn't tip so he told her he didn't tip for bad service. Very odd experience for my first time there. We walk in and they have many tables open and tell my wife and I that it will be at... least 20 minutes to be seated. Then, after I asked, they said we can go ahead and sit at the bar. The two girls that were thehostesses seemed like they were preoccupied & had bad attitudes. A couple walked in right as we sat down at the bar and wereimmediately seated in the dining area. I asked if they had a reservation and they said no. I was very confused. Then more peoplecame in and were immediately seated. The bartender was very good at her job and we ordered. While waiting for our food wewitnessed this young woman, who was telling waitresses when their food was ready to take to tables, be pretty nasty to one ofthe waitresses. It had an odd vibe and made my wife and I uncomfortable. The food was just ok. Nice portions but I expectedbetter quality and tastier food. I got a 16? Nana?s pizza. It had chicken, tomatoes, onions and lots of yummy garlic. The menu says it was voted as Elkhart... County?s favorite and now it is my favorite. I ordered online for pickup. The order said it would be ready in 45 minutes. Idecided to go right away so I could sit at the bar and have a beer. It took me 15 minutes to get there and when I arrived, thepizza was ready. The flavor was over the top. I love garlic and this pizza had a perfect garlic flavor. It?s looks like there?sfresh minced garlic under the cheese. Or servers perfume was SUPER strong and smelled like sewage ruining everything about our dining experience. That's all we could... smell, not or did, and it was an awful smell. What are you trying to cover up little dark tanned brunette? Bowtie pasta withshrimp had little taste except artichoke that was yummy and WAY to much oil! Shrimp basket cooked way to crisp. I find it a little strange when your waitress explains that you can only get the lasagna and they weren't offering any other... pasta dishes, this is an Italian restaurant 50% of the menu items are pasta and 85% of your customers are going to order pastathat's why they went to an Italian restaurant. I ordered a meatball sandwich and the meatballs weren't fresh and they cut themup into quarter size pieces! I have never had a meatball sandwich from anywhere and not actually gotten meatballs on thesandwich. I also ordered a cocktail that somebody overpoured on the alcohol I was really surprised seems how it was one of theirsignature cocktails, I literally had a buzz before I was even there 15 minutes. If they could get someone to properly train thebartenders on how to make their drinks they could make more money. When you make a drink properly people will order another onerather than just having one that got them buzzed in the first place. Read more

Everyone order pasta and for an Italian restuarant it was ok. They had fried chicken and pizza also and lookedreally good maybe should've tried that. Well...the place has changed for the worse...I know...covid and all but...I ordered the Good Fellas pasta it was not very good.... I found the chicken under cooked and very little sausage in the pasta, maybe 4 thin slices. There was no bread served with themeal. I figured with the meal being the most expensive I would have been offered bread with the meal. The pasta was slightlyundercooked which I liked but in all I found the meal to be a huge disappointment. I have been to this restaurant many times inyears past and I have always been pleased with the meals and atmosphere but simply not this time. It is really unfortunate thata restaurant could decline so fast. Read more
