Love it. Cranberries in the regular Caesar wrap, purchase frozen and day old soups for lower pricing, make your own salad,... energy drinks done right, coffee drinks, and the soups are so delicious. Great place to eat. I?ve had 3 of their monthly soupsso far and they are amazing. The weekly soups are so delicious and comes with bread or crackers, amazing. Highly suggest arewards program for locals/returning customers. Great place. Read more
Really good place. This was a great place to come to get soup and salads. The soups were made fresh and so good. Salads were... fresh. Homemade dressings. I had an iced mocha one day and it was really good. Will go back next time we're in town. Read more
This is a great little place to grab a bite to eat or a coffee. They offer soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps and so much more.... The soups change so it?s not always the same and we?ve never had any that we didn?t like. The salads are made fresh right infront of you and you pay by weight before dressing. Awesome local business and the staff is always nice and helpful. If you arepassing through Middlebury, just stop in and grab at least a coffee. You?ll be pleasantly surprised by this little gem. This place has awesome customer service! I just got done dropping an entire freshly made salad on the ground in there and they... made me a new one free of charge without blinking. They also have awesome food and drinks, on top of that! Highly recommend!!! Read more
Yum. I had no idea this place was here, but I am so glad we tried it! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is... refreshing. It?s real, and it tastes good. I got a chicken salad wrap, and my six year old loved the potato soup. We also triedthe chili in a bread bowl. It was soft and had a great flavor. Lovely place. Read more

Update: I have gone several times since this review and always good. Tonight I also had the pulled pork again. I do have to... take back what I said below as the sandwich was so full of meat the person making it had trouble wrapping it. Went here for thefirst time on a Thursday at about 6:30pm and got a take out order. A nice large clean feel to interior and brightly lit. We gotthe sesame ginger dressing for a salad and my wife loved it as it was tasty. The seafood gumbo was good and thick. The zuppais similar to the creamy Italian soups and was quite good. The pulled pork was good and sweet but could maybe use a little moremeat and slaw on the bun to look similar to the picture. Will definitely come back, a lot. Read more
I stop here every time I come through Middlebury. The coffee is great and the food even better. A full build-your-own salad bar... with some great looking ingredients if you like salads. 3-4 soups on the menu each day (They're all fantastic, too). Sammichesand wraps, too. The staff are friendly and helpful and the place is always clean and well kept. When there is a line, it getsprocessed efficiently and wait times are low. If you like good coffee and good soup, you need to stop here. Read more
