Tonight I placed a online order. In my order we had a meatball sub. When I mad it to subway for pick up the laid said we are out... of meatballs you'll have to pick a new sub. So I said oven roasted chicken. She said she can't it has to be the same price asthe meatball. I asked her if she can cancel the meatball and add the oven roasted chicken. She responded with ill have to cancelthe hole order. Then she gave me a real bad additude. She was very aggressive making my sub. Read more

The score is only for the old lady with the dark salt and pepper hair I believe her name is Jeanette or something similar to... that. She was very rude. Normally I get a spicy Italian with just pepperoni for a friend. All of the subways I've been to I'vebeen more than willing to accommodate me in this small request. This lady really said that they are not supposed to do that, shewould let it slide this time but not again and she would be having a conversation with the rest of her staff about this. Wow 6 pm. 2-7-2020 and three people in the store but sorry don't have that bread, sorry don't have guacamole, sorry don't have... rotisserie chicken. Then two other people walk in and she says sorry after these two I'm closing for 5 min so I can eat. Hahasorry we will let you eat now and take our money somewhere else. Read more

I hate when we go to Subway anymore. They never have what you want at the one on Main St. In Middlebury and the other one on US... 20 never gets your order right at the window and loves to give you stale bread. What's the world coming to when you can't evenget a sub sandwich right. Read more
Ordered online at 11, said it would be ready at 11:30. It wasn't, but that's fine. The kid making sandwiches used gloves to make... a sandwich, ring up the guy while it was in the oven, put toppings on the guys sandwich, then go to make the next persons. Allwith the same gloves. Kinda defeats the purpose. They're all decently nice since reopening with new staff. Orders were messed upa little but nothing worth going back over (some not toasted when they should have been, some made 12" instead of 6") Read more
