This is not the Subway we remember. My daughter LOVES Subway?s meatball subs and since we finally got some coupons in the mail... for the first time in so long, we decided to treat her for dinner. We walked in with NO LINE! WOO HOO! That almost never happensat Subway (should have been my first clue). The employees were respectful and efficient the whole time (the reason for the onlystars I?m giving). However, when we try to order, bummer. Out of meatballs. We were disappointed, but hey, I had a coupon to getthree subs, so fine, kiddo, I?ll pay $6 for a turkey on bread. But then I get to the checkout. What? No coupons? Sure enough,there was a sign that I passed right over. Middlebury Subway no longer accepts coupons due to ?hard economic times.? The guybehind me was surprised too. He turned right around without ordering! Wish I could have done the same, but my sandwiches weremade so I had to pay full price. We might have returned with more coupons later this week, but now, we?ll be eating at home orgoing to Taco Bell. Coupons are an incentive to get people in your store! Now, we won?t be coming at all. You?re losingcustomers and money, so I hope you rethink this policy. Read more
This location has been severely struggling with staffing for at least a year that I know of, but they always try. The hours of... operation have changed several times because of staffing issues so I call ahead to verify that they are open that day. Thisweek I wanted to try the new menu. I ordered 2 sandwiches which were prepared by two tired but very friendly employees. Verydelicious!!! Thank you very much! Read more
This has to be the worst Subway to get a sandwich. Through getting food here they always mess up my order. This time they put... bell peppers, pickles, and mustard on my sandwich instead of my mother's. The workers there are just angsty teenagers not givinga care about other people. So I was very happy to see that subway in Middlebury Indiana was offering delivery, so I went ahead and order steak egg and... cheese wrap, and chicken teriyaki protein bowl and orange. Once I submitted my order 30 minutes went by received a text messagesaying someone stole my order they are re making it, 15 minutes went by received a message they do not have orange juice. Uggskip forward get my food very cold. Steak egg and cheese wrap (was just steak and mayo) and it was so small like 3 inches long,and then the protein bowl had very cold grill chicken and very little veggies. 24.08 got me nothing worth paying for. One staff member working while the manager was out with their kids leaving 1 EMPLOYEE to do ALL THE WORK. The manager should be... fired for forcing a minor to work unattended for 3 hours. Very gross management, will not eat here ever! Ashlee you deserve somuch better. Read more
Ashlee did a wonderful job trying to do her job as best she could. As for the manager that walked in 3 hours after being called,... be ashamed. I get that your kids need to have fun trick or treating, but you need take responsibility for YOUR JOB.
