Waited 10 minutes to order and no one was in line. Someone showed up only after I used the kiosk to order. Tried to pay with... cash, they don't accept cash at this time. Took over 20 minutes to get my order, they ran out of ingredients so had tosubstitute chicken for steak and cheese for rice. What kinda place is this? Freaking joke?? Very very slow just waited 1hour in line and only 6cars ahead of me. And we got 3 orders of Fiesta potatoes and all of them were... old and hard ???? and it wasn't even a full order they just tried making what they had stretch for 3 orders. I hope someonesteps in and fixes this new building so food and service is better! Read more
Be prepared for a huge disappointment at the new location! First let's start at the time I pulled into the parking lot there... were 7 cars in front of me waiting to place and order. About 6 cars behind me after I pulled in. Get to the menu board and triedto place and order. The guy said any of the box deals they don't have. So after waiting over 30 minutes to even get to thespeaker they don't have half the menu items. I would have driven out long before I even got to the speaker because of the longwait. But poor designed parking lot or planed designed poorly for a reason. Once you pull into the parking lot you are trapped.No drive around nothing. If I ever go again and I highly doubt it. I will place my order and time the amount of time it tookfrom the speaker to my truck. Then I will sit there and eat it at the window. So I guess I could have made a lot of people madthat I am sure are all ready mad. 45 minutes from placing my order to paying for it with no way to leave. So if I go and youare behind me....plan on a long wait before I let you out. Prices at all Taco Bells have went out of control and size gotsmaller. A large fries from McDonalds won't fit in the NEW MINNI NACHO BELL GRANDE which means HUGE, LARGE, BIG? What?Please!. $7.49 I think...As far as I am concerned TACO BELL HAS PRICED THEMSELVES OUT OF BUSINESS ! This location is all newreplacement for the old one downtown Middlebury. Order on the app to pick up in store. Very disappointed that the lobby was locked and drive thru was backed up to the highway.... Waited in the drive thru lane. No phone number to make contact to the store. The lady who is on the headset is very rude when Iasked if it was going to be freshly made. It's been almost an hour since I came to pick it up.
