I like my ice coffee light and l get almond milk. They want you to pay $1.50 extra with almond milk if you take your coffee... light. What happens when people stop going because of the steep increase? The way you treat your customers will reflect on thebusiness. Read more

Went in to grab a couple of donuts on 5/3/22. Lady was busy with other customers. But the old skinny man just stood there and... gawked at me like an inconvenience. After 30 seconds of staring he left the counter to go ?find? something else to do. Waitedanother minute and no one bother to ask me anything. How hard is it to acknowledge a customer? Read more

The Middlebury Dunkin' is part of my morning routine, I typically use the on-the-go app to order, the staff almost always gets... my order done on time, made correct and is always friendly when I say Thank You when picking up my coffee from the on-the-gopickup tray. Remember people, be patient, the whole world is understaffed and a little kindness goes a long way! Read more

I love that they always remember my coffee and most of them know who I am as soon as I start ordering. The employees that have... been there for a while (Christina, Genevieve, Miles and Angel) They always make my coffee exactly the way I like it. They arealways very kind, professional and complete orders quickly! Thanks to you all! Read more

Drink and food were good. They were busy in the drive through only. However, that's no excuse for sloppiness which was evident... by the sticky mess on my cup as it was covered in the hot chocolate I ordered. Read more

I have been to this location many times as a student at the college and never had any issues. It?s not the best DD ever but it?s... in a gas station so that?s to be expected. I went today and ordered a medium cold brew with foam and ?less ice? (it wasadvertised as a $3 special) as well as a small black cold brew. When I got to the window, the cost was $8.45. ?How could thisbe?? I asked, to which the lady at the counter (who I?d never seen before but her name tag read ?manager?) responded that the?promotion had ended? and that she?d ?forgotten to take the sign down?. Fair enough, I?m not going to argue over a $1.50 costdifference but I would expect the manager of such an establishment to at least offer a one-time discount to make up for theirvery obvious oversight. The real problem, however, concerns the coffee itself. As I alluded to earlier, I?ve been to thisDunkin? (among others) countless times, and ordered at least a dozen cold brews with foam. Both coffees I ordered this time werevery clearly not cold brew, but rather an old batch of watered down room temperature coffee passed off as such. Additionally, the medium coffee had a comically small amount of foam on top (easily less than a centimeter in height) while the small coffeehad no ice in it whatsoever. By the time I delivered it, approximately 10 minutes after initially ordering, the coffee waswarm. In conclusion, I don?t usually write Google reviews and I?m definitely not picky when it comes to food, but this wasprobably the most pathetic attempt at coffee-related food service that I?ve ever witnessed.
