Very dirty,messy. The garbage outside was over flowing in the ground surrounding it. The bathrooms were trashed. No toilet... paper. And the bathroom lock was not working also. Read more
Unbelievable how long you wait in line at drive through...ohhh then the fun is ..when you order a bagel twist ..you have to cut... it and add the butter and cream cheese bagel yourself..not to bad the mess it makes in the car...but to do this without aknife...yup had to park and go in for a knife...had I known I would not have waited in drive thru...ohhh the customer service isdry along with slow...I wonder during their interview process if they smile or even act alive...worst DD I have ever had thedispleasure of visiting...moving along to another...my advise is skip this place and look for better service else where...as amatter of fact cumby's coffee is better and cheaper....takes 2 seconds ..and yes you have to go in for it...but you get exactlywhat you want ..first time around Read more
The employees there always seen like they are sleeping in the morning. They are rude , never cheerful, never a smile or a... friendly greeting most of all they NEVER say your welcome even when I say please and thank you..Im guessing they are not trainedproperly by management? Read more
Not my favorite dunkin donuts, the kids that work here are not very helpful and have punk attitudes. I feel like sometimes i... want to just walk out without buying anything because it can be frustrating. They cant make frozen coolattas they say...theydont have this or that alot of times..One kid in particular was giving me such a big attitude because i interrupted hisconversation about whatever stupid stuff 17 year old gamers talk about he kept huffing and puffing when i was ordering andalmost lost it when i asked for donuts. I mean i get it, its work right. But if you cant do your job and treat people withrespect then maybe you shouldn't work there and go back to living in your moms basement...i guess living in a nice town withmoney gives people a sense of entitlement because they would rather not have to work but do i as the customer need to gettriggered over bad service? I wish I could rate this restaurant a zero. Unfortunately I cannot. The service at this particular Dunkin is subpar. Take a look... at the picture I'm adding in here. They couldn't even bother to take the paper off the cheese. It's not real complicated andthey're not really cooking anything they're just warming it up. I reported this to customer service and although corporate saidthe store would contact me, the franchise owner couldn't be bothered to contact me at all. I will never be going to this Dunkinever again. I suggest no one frequents this restaurant. Read more

It's a beautiful place to have fun with the family.
Always like to go to dunkin for my iced coffee and maybe a donut or a bacon egg and cheese crossaint. I like coming to this... location rather than the one on washington street since its newer and not too busy. They also have friendly staff. Read more
