Place is a joke , they are to Incompetent to put the food in the bag , paid 30 bucks got down the road and they didn't even put... my main food in the bag. In store around 1PM today, ordered sliders for my wife, and a classic roasted beef with curley fries, before we could get our... drink, they hollered our order was ready, ketsup all over floor and non in dispensior, had one clean table, started eating mymeat was red and my bun was cold, my wifes bun was tough and she had to tear it apart, won't be back until somethimg changes Read more

Said our order twice in the speaker after she asked what do we want then after saying our order no one said anything for about... 3-5 minutes & said hello what do you want again after repeating it again after being ignored mind you NO ONE WAS THERE just usordering no one is ever there now I know why, the first thing my mother said was 2 med beef n cheddars 2 fries 2 cheese sticks 2sweet teas plus my uncles order so after waiting forever just for her to get our order we went to pay almost 50 dollars couldhave went to so many better places I didn?t even want to eat here we always get sick after so once we paid the person said drivetoward to the trash can & NO ONE ELSE WAS EVEN IN LINE OR INSIDE!!! Then after they brought our order we drove 30 plus minuteshome just to find out they forgot the first thing ordered 2 beef n cheddars they only gave us 1 forgot the other this is not thefirst time we have been ripped off here it happened 3-4 times before idk why my mother even went back. Why would they give us 2meals but forget the main part of the meal. Also the cheese sticks were way to salty not edible. Can?t drive all the way backthere just to pay again for their mistakes & the teas tasted like coffee with no sugar at all. Disgusting & now all our stomachshurt horribly along with other food poisoning symptoms if you know what I mean it?s gross. I don?t understand how this womancould mess up an easy order when no other people were there to buy. If they don?t fire their horrid staff members & startchanging things this place will eventually close down due to no one ever going there anymore & getting sick & having ordersmessed up. We waited 20 minutes in the drive through only to be told to hang on at the speaker. We waited another five minutes. We ordered... and specifically we?re asked if we wanted any sauces. We replied yes arbys sauce please. When the food finally came we got nosauces, no straws, and the meat tasted old and had tons of gristle in it, it was almost inedible. The Diablo sandwich is hot, very hot but still has a lot of flavor. The Diablo fries had me tempted but I wasn't that hungry.
