I would've given 5 stars but I tried for over 30 minutes to call my order in so I wouldn't have to wait with no answer.... Literally laid the phone, still ringing, on the seat and drove over. I told the young lady and she said the telephone wire inthe wall was burned out and they were waiting on them to fix it after hours because the power had to be off. We didn't argue,she was very nice, things happen sometimes out of our control. Had to wait on my stuffed crazy bread but it wasn't even 5minutes and they brought it out. Hot and delicious! Read more
They are usually great however I tried to call an order in last night to avoid having to wait a long time and also it makes it... easier on the employees because they aren't rushing around to try and complete a large order while they take care of take outand drive-in orders. But after 30 to 45 mins of calling to place the order they still hadn't answered the phone. Now after thefirst 20 mins of continuous re-dialing the line picked up, then hung up on me, then again and again. But I was determined tomake Pizza and Wings my supper, as was my family so I decided to drive up there and just wait on my order. At the drive-thruMic, before I could finish even telling the girl the first item in my order, she told me It would be a 15 or 20 minute wait.Almost as if she really hoped id decide not to order at all. That is when I explained that I understood the waiting process forwalking in but I had tried to call for 45 mins prior to that and she let me know the phone was "broke" and that a new one was onorder. That was probably true but she handled it with a very hateful and condescending tone when she was explaining it to mewhich I was not at all pleased with. They could make service a little better. Attitudes go a long way when your lacking in timelines! It's fast dinner tho and close... to home so I use them alot. Also, they never answer the phone and I don't understand that! ??????????? Read more

Pizza was nice and hot. Super friendly staff. Only complaint was they were out of the 20 oz bottles of Orange Crush pop.
We ordered 4 pizzas online. A pepperoni with LIGHT sauce, a sausage with LIGHT sauce, a cheese with extra Mozzarella with NO... sauce, and a bacon with NO sauce. Now, we are helping our daughter move so we thought we'd grab pizzas on our way between loads.We picked it up from the drive thru. WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO GO BEHIND THEM AND DOUBLE CHECK OUR ORDER! So we grabbed them andcame back home and all of the pizzas are LOADED with sauce! The attached photos are of the cheese and bacon that were supposedto be ZERO sauce! We have allergies of tomatoes hence ordering a couple of them with NO sauce! I call and the person on thephone said we would have to bring all 4 pizzas back in order for them to replace them. I explained we cannot come all the wayback tonight because we are moving our daughter. She said it was " corporate policy". Hmmm interesting! What exactly will theybe doing with the messed up pizzas? Throwing them away. That's what. SMH! So, here we're are scraping all the sauce off of thepizzas so we don't end up in the hospital. Thanks so much! It is unfortunate that the customer service was so poor and therewas ZERO accountability. She even said "I'm not the one who made your pizzas". Seriously?? It doesn't matter who made it, youare responsible because you work there. And again, your customers should NEVER have to go behind you and check to be sure theorder is correct.
