Got teenagers working there so they're not concerned about getting service correct. I got the vehicle in front of me order. When... I was at the pick up window, the "teenager" said salt, ketchup and napkins was in the bag. WRONG! Tired calling the store, noone answered, AT ALL for a total of 5 times. I knew they was opened because I just left there with someone else's order. By theway it was 2 cheeseburgers, 1 regular and 1 ketchup only. Needless to say it was like eating cardboard. No taste, buns hard arailroad spike and cold. So to sum it up I gave McDonald's money for absolutely nothing. Learned my lesson. ???????? Read more

Second time using the drive through and once again received a subpar lunch meal. Ordered the quarter pounder meal. Asked that NO... onions on my burger. Got onions, had to pick them off. Asked for mayonnaise. I did get mayonnaise but it wasn't on the burger.Whoever made it must have been gossiping. Bun was dry, meat was cold and didn't melt the small piece of cheese. Lettuce wasturning brown. Two stars because the fries were warm not hot and drink was right. What is happening? I can remember whenMcDonald's was a great place to eat. Hot, fresh and reasonably priced. I understand the employees are from a generation of "Iwant and deserve" things but don't want to work for them. Best of luck to you if you use the drive through. We would have spend our time and money there but a lady had a birthday party planned for her little boy and the manager... proceeded to scream and yell at her and all her guest that were with her. That was SO uncalled for and unnecessary!!! Youshould be ashamed treating anyone that way. I feel bad for your employees if this is how you treat you guest. We ordered our food, then paid, then pulled up to pick up window and was told to pull into spot #2 and someone would bring our... food out as soon as it was done. We sat there about 7 or 8 minutes and then our food was brought out. I checked the bags to makesure it was all there as usual and it wasnt. They had forgotten 2 doubles dressed like a Mac so i walked in and told them andthey made them and then apologized as they handed them to me. When I get home which is only 2 minutes away from Mc Donalds Igive everyone their food and the fries taste like they had been under a warmer all day. They was barley warm and tasted stale...Ive never gotten such horrible fries from Mc Donalds in my life. They was disgusting, we couldnt even eat them... Fries are white, not fried and still cold. Latte was only 2/3 full and my kids chicken nuggets were totally cold. Check your... food before you leave this store. Read more
