We go to the McDonald's by ARH hospital and honestly most of the time there's always something missing. I like hot fresh fries... and we ask for them and am constantly told yes they are fresh even thou we are more than willing to wait for hot fresh fries.Everytime they are old and heat lamp hot. Always make sure that you recieved a receipt due to the fact that when you realizesomething is missing and bring it up to the manager Lou she will treat as if you are out to steal food rather than treat youlike a customer who has not gotten the full order Read more

Well most mangers at this mcdonalds are great. Employees are hit and miss food quality also very questionable at times. Getting... unsweetened teas are common when ordering a sweet tea. I personally think owners need to step up and look into this mcdonalds.The one in town always have great service and great food. Both mcdonalds are run differently. But I would honestly have torecommend the one downtown. Read more
First off the customer service was terrible, took us 15 minutes to get waited on, employees were rude to other customers... including my SENIOR grandfather who cannot hear very well. Two other customers had problems why we were there, their fishsandwich had chicken on it, and The other woman had got the wrong food and was billed incorrectly Then employees talked badabout her(called her bad words). We gave the woman $100 bill The total ended up to be 26 dollars and some change and I build uschange for $50 bill in total we paid $75 for $26 meal so we got ripped off $50. Would not recommend. The drive thru woman is a trip telling me she's 38... No way in hell... Service was great as always at this location. As long as... they don't run outta Dr. Pepper and sliver onions at the same time... Then again why the trucks always late. Just um keep extrastock or run to a partner store and trade products or something... Read more
The bathrooms were decently clean, there was a system error tho so can't really blame the staff which was nice. The system... didn't process order so we waited about 20min for like four drinks. Read more
HORRIBLE! Just came through the drive thru where we ordered my son a quarter pounder with cheese and heres what we had once we... were home. I attempted several times to call the store, ofcourse no one answers. I wasn't even looking for a refund simply tomake the store aware their cooks aren't cooking the food thoroughly. I work here at the McDonald's and I can say this every Manger that I have worked with including all the other employee's and... myself us on night shift and im sure this goes dayshift as well we all make sure we get your food out to you as fast aspossible and FRESH and if we make a mistake on your order then the mangers as well as the employees make sure your order isfixed as well .
