Pizza wasn't very good and the salad bar has hardly anything on it and the price went up. Not impressed.
the only problem I have with this place is they charge you 8.99 for a salad and give you a very small well its not even a plate... it was a saucer so sad because I love their pizza and always loved their salad bar .there is no pasta salad, no cottage cheese,no potato salad ,none of the stuff they were always known for ,we were so disappointed. very rude manager, family of 5 came in to eat. My son told me he didn't like what on my salad so then she starts RUDELY over and... over saying we can't share salads when that was never the intention. So we got up, canceled our order and left. Now Iunderstand why the parking lot stays empty???? plus my family had just has a loss so you should definitely watch how you treatpeople, you never know what they're going through. I love Pizza Hut I really do. But this time I ordered a lunch box that included medium Pizza cheese sticks and cini sticks. The... entire meal was burnt. Couldn't see the cheese cause it was burnt. The cini sticks were flat n hard, if u had good teeth u mightjust break a tooth on the cini sticks. I have never seen it backaged so poorly b4.. I really do think middlesboro Pizza can dobetter and they have done better in the past. The manager made it right with me and there's no hard feelings. I'm notcomplaining just to be complaining I just want our pizzas to be better.. Read more
This was a great Pizza Hut they have great pizza. But they just had TWO WORKS and the one girl was working her a** off
We ordered the feed two which was 8 wings large one topping pizza and cheese bread. The food was very good. Our servers name was... Madison and was good also. Lately good service is hard to find. Good job Madison keep up the good service.. they are short ofhelp right now so the hiring stuff is right up in your face when you walk in. Over all it was really good even though theyneeded little more help but didn't have a long wait time. Read more

Called to place an order, Justin placed me on hold, after being on hold 18 minutes and 56 seconds I gave up. Talk about poor... customer service. When I called back he answered and denied placing me on hold . . Like I forgot. Really bad customer service,ordered from dominoes instead where I received good prompt friendly service.
