What is soooo hard about "no sour cream" request? Nowadays it's a dice roll if they actually do it right. Doesn't matter what... shift either. What I want: Just 1 order of 3 gets no sour. What I get: 1. they ignore it. Sour on everything (happens moreoften now) Or 2. no sour on anything. Bummer, Because me and mom like it and can eat it. 3. I was so excited to see the mexican pizza back on the menu. Sadly whoever put it together at Taco bell in Middlesboro,Ky this... evening. used way dried out refrid beans on it, so it wasnt very tasty. This Taco Bell is the best place to cool off on a hot day. My food as always be correct and served warm. My only complaint is... when I order the chips and cheese sauce the bag with the chips are always so broken you can?t dip them and the bag is half full.They cost $2 now, so I at least expect chips I can dip. My fiancé and I Drove 25 mins to this taco bell location tonight(11:00pm) to be greeted with were out of beef,ok no problem,... what about beans? She responds actually we're not taking orders for awhile til idk when, I've worked in retail and understandit's one thing for a system failure but this was not the case here. Sadly this isnt the first issue ive experienced at thislocation but thats a story for another day. Someone needs to get this location in order before they run off the rest of thecustomers. Read more
They were really rude when I asked the store's location number to try to match it with a transaction made with my stolen card... because it only showed a location number and not a city... The guy who answered the phone was really smart about my question andkept saying "the number you just called". They got roaches in that kitchen anyway lmao Read more
