Manager wasn't managing. Employees weren't taking orders. It was only 10 at night. They were supposed to be open until 1am. But... I had to wait for 30 minutes so they could restock!!! Who restocks at 10pm at night on a Saturday night??? The dining room wasclosed! Read more

They mess up the order almost every time but today was especially bad. Gave me 3 scoops of ice in a drink that was supposed to... be light ice. Gave me even more ice than that in a drink that was supposed to be NO ice, only gave 1 straw and this is how emptythe fries were when we received them. Ordered large order of french fries and this is what was in the bag when I got home. (see picture). Check your order before... pulling out of the drive thru line. On the plus side, I went back a couple of days later and they gave me a large order offries. Would have been nice to have had them with my burger...???? Read more
