So far in all the times I've been there my orders have been 100% accurate. Coffee and donughts are always fresh. I pass 3 other... Dunkins to go to this one, but it's always been worth it. Restaurant is clean and staff/owners are very courteous. Keep up thegreat work! Read more
Had an issue with a doordash order. Guy behind the counter said he was busy and couldn't help. Sat there for 20 minutes working... it out with doordash support. No one came inside to pick up. He isn't busy hes lazy and poor customer support. Won't be back Read more
Always makes my cold brew with extra almond milk perfectly. Yesterday when traffic was backed up for hours, they ran the coffee... out to their customers so they did not have to leave the line of traffic. When I finally arrived she said I will make it nowbecause I know about the traffic and want it not to be watery for you. What service! I highly recommend! Read more
I love coming here everyday I'm working my 9-6 shift and seeing the employees so pleasant! I enjoy their attention to detail... regarding my coffee setup. I went inside to place an order for five sandwiches and coffee they were not busy three cars at the drive-up window and no one... inside at least three employees working maybe more and the one fella looked at me and walked up to the counter where I wasstanding and I said I like to place an order and he says you got to use the machine I said I don't play around with machinesyou're not that busy I can I just give you the order no you must use the machine I told him what he could do with his machineand he lost the customer which I used to stop there all the time before the pandemic. I will now take my business to MiddlesexDunkin' Donuts on Route 28 in Middlesex where they will be happy to take orders from the counter without using the machine. Read more
