Im honestly annoyed by this Dunkin i passed by to get a tea and latte with my sister and it was a simple order black tea with... honey they added milk which would be fine if she wasn't lactose intolerant ???? i called the number on the website and noanswer i understand its the weekend but it wasnt even busy or a complicated order. And now what 5 bucks down the drain and icant even get in contact with a manager for a refund. Read more
Went there for the first time 2 weeks ago and it will be my last. Served me a old donut and had a rack full of good ones but... decided to make the incorrect decision for customer service. I've been a regular customer of this store for nearly two years, the problems that a majority of the reviews have mentioned have... not been apparent to me whatsoever. The crew is friendly, and despite being short staffed, do the best they can for thecustomer. Do keep in mind however, that this store is very busy during the mornings, and a majority of these complaints seem tobe apart of the loud minority who wrote it in the heat of the moment. Time and time again this management has been consistent inthe quality in their service, despite a few hiccups described in the other reviews. Read more
This use to be a great store however the past few months service has been horrible. They get orders wrong or give you someone... else?s order. Terrible place. They're so cheap, they serve old food and coffee. Dont even put enough cream cheese on the bagels and make sure... you ask for fresh hash browns because they keep them in the warmer, thats why theyre so dry lol they also gave me a bagel andcroissant sandwich.... Read more
