I had so many problems at this pizza store. Everything I order pizza at this place they always come more than hour late and the... pizza looks like it's more than a day old. Did NOT get what I ordered and the manager was very very rude!! He was rude to my daughter and I. Barely spoke English but... apparently I got what I ordered. I have not had their pizza in years and decided let?s go there because it was close to ourpool. Would never order from Middlesex, NJ again in life. Ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Pizza from work. Mostly, Papa John's always comes out perfect but this Middlesex location stay... delivering dried out and old looking pizza. I do not have any words to explain the bad customer service and how much is important to do staff training. I wrote the feedback... at 11:38pm,guy from the store called me at 11:45pm (who does that) and asked me what was the issue and i explained him. He hangup the phone with the sentence that "you need free pizza, that's why you are doing this". This location is trash! My husband and I ordered from this location. We waited over two hours for our order after the delivery... confirmation said it would take 30-40 minutes. When we finally received our order the food was cold!!!!!! I had to put it in theoven to get it to room temperature. I tried to call the location and NO ONE picked up the phone! This place is terrible and if Icould give them zero stars I would. This is the second time we ordered from here and this is the second time they delivered thepizza late and cold. The online delivery was timely. Everything else was delicious except for the garlic parmesan bread sticks. They were burnt and... were dark brown/black in color. There were so dry from inside that we couldn't even it them. Had to throw out. Veryunfortunate!!! Read more
I place the order online and never received the food I call the store no answer call the customer service they said it will take... 48 hours to resolve the issue .call the store no one was answering the phone for at least one hour when he finally answer thephone I told the manager I never received my food he said talk to door dash. Manager lakveer was Indian can?t speak Englishdidn?t apologize when I ask for his name he didn?t told me his name when I ask can I get your district manager name or number hesaid he don?t no but I find out from my resources.
