Do not go to Starbucks in Greenbrook NJ. The staff is very rude and nasty. Went this am to pickup an order, door was stuck so... one of the workers had to open the door for me. One of the baristas spoke to me like I was stupid stating that I should havepulled on the door ( which I did) to open it! I wish I got her name, I would report her to corporate. Was not happy with the service I received at the Greenbrook Starbucks. I got there approx. 30 min before they closed and the... Barista seemed annoyed that we were there. I ordered a Caramel Ribbon frappe , they had no whipped cream, they gave me the drinkwithout a straw and it was watery. And to make matters worse there were 3 staff members just standing around looking like theywere socializing instead of making my drink. Never again! Read more
This spot at this hour was probably not the best time to come here, but when the Drive-thru is backed up, you can?t even get in... to grab an open parking space to avoid the drive-thru, so if you?re entering you?re committed because you can?t back out toleave. Waited in the drive through line, behind about 6 other cars. Line moved very slowly, although that's not unusual. Made it to the... ordering section 20+ minutes later, and kept waiting to hear an employee speak. The person who was in the car in front of meleft the line and was kind enough to go back around the drive thru to tell all the waiting cars that the employees left thebuilding and no one was there. I'm not sure why this particular Starbucks location (Greenbrook. NJ) has so much trouble keepingemployees. Read more
The people here are so nice! The cheese danish so good. I always order the same, decaf Frappuccino, but for some reason lately,... it?s been tasting like old coffee. I?m not sure if it?s because it?s decaf, but it?s a bit strong. Other then that! Greatexperience always! Love it here. Read more
The line is always long at any time. I go there every single day because is the closest to me but they are disrespectful and... rude my drinks are wrong at least 30% of the time. They have a lot new people that need to be properly trained. Nothing comparedto the Bridgewater location I love them. Read more
