We have been to the Middleton Idaho location several times and always dine in. The service has always been slow we have sat in... the lobby and waited 20 minutes for food. This last time we sat for 35 minutes and no food ever cam so I went up and asked aboutmy order. The manager Josh said I put the food out and called the number which was not true. I said we did not receive the orderand he said well I called the number. I reiterated that we did not get the food we paid for. He gave my money back and wouldn?tlet me order again. Horrible customer service!!! P.S. I tried to leave a comment on the jack website but it wasn?t pulling upthe web page. Read more

So far the best tasting Jack in the box I've been to in a long time hopefully it stays that way unlike Caldwell

Was in the drive through line for about 20 minutes as they were very busy, so you think the food would be fresh...The fries were... cold and limp, and the burgers were definitely not fresh - it seemed like they were premade who knows how long prior and thenjust warmed up. (& the drive thru set up is awful, people in the drive through line end up having to move so that customersleaving can exit the parking lot) Read more

We tried to order through the app and were having problems. When we mentioned it at the drive through the employee kindly and... quickly escalated it to their evening shift manager for 9/3/22. The manager (wish I could remember her name!) tried to helptrouble shoot the app to figure out why we were charged even though the order didn't go through. She couldn't figure it outeither so she wrote our order down, offered a free drink for the wait, and made our food for us. Our order was fresh, delicious,and completed quickly. Everyone we interacted with was so considerate and patient. A very positive experience amid what was avery busy week for them. Thank you Jack in the Box Middleton team! We'll definitely be back! Almost as if the people working were angry we ordered food? love Jack in the box and my kids really love the breakfast platter... went through the drive thru this morning and felt as if I was an inconvenience lady just handed me my food and closed drivethrough door as fast as she could..
