Was charged $2.63 for an ice water when I bought a sub. When i called i was told they charge ice water for the price of a small... fountain pop. I wasnt aware of that as a few days prior I was only charged a 10 cent cup fee. Read more

We stopped her to eat and the two guys working were the most talkative and friendly people I've ever come across in the fast... food industry. Wish more people were as nice as these guys. Read more

4 outta 5 visit's this year were slowwww as molasses. Never more than one customer in front of me, more regularly wasn't I'd be... first in line and would probably take 20-30 mins for two subs. My most recent visit was the speediest, shout out to that gal,and she seemed to be by herself in store front instead vs a couple staff at sandwich bar that normally still took longer. But Iloooove Subway so it's worth the wait ???????????? Read more

Curbside pickup is not curbside. Let the app know I was there when I got there. Sat for 10 minutes after order ready time. I try... to not speak on the phone so I went in. Order on a rack in back. People not busy. Not worth it. Read more

Tonight (around 6pm, 01/01/20) I ordered the plant based beyond meatball sub advertised in more than one location at $9.99 for a... footlong. I was charged $11.49, and when I brought it to the attention of the worker she said there was nothing she could do, itIS advertised wrong and she'd let the manager know. I asked if Subway follows the Scanning Code of Practice but the sandwichartist didn't know anything about it. I know it's for the sake of like $1.50, but for a new item to ring up wrong and for thecashier to not be able to fix it or have any solution sucks. Simply overcharging customers doesn't work. Typically it's not a bad spot. However today there was one young man working. He had to ask several times what my son and I... wanted. When he rang it in he forgot what we had even ordered. He took my money, then walked away. No receipt, no thank youor anything. Very disappointed! Read more
