Middleton Tim Hortons is terrible. There are 3 "adult" ladies that work there and only when they're working do you receive... proper customer service, if they're not there you can expect little to none. Coffee is either over sugared or burnt tasting...orboth. Last time I ordered food I asked for a crispy chicken wrap, the chicken was basically 2 small nugget size pieces that wereburnt...not just a little...they were black! Very little mayo, no lettuce and the one slice of tomato looked like it was pluckedfrom the compost. Orders are usually screwed up and if you go back to get it fixed you are treated like you are putting themout... The bathrooms are disgusting ALWAYS. The garbage is usually overflowing. There's usually flies in the donut case. Thedrive thru is always ridiculously slow and if its backed up like it usually is, chances are you'll get trapped if you park to goin. If you plan on eating in go alone, space is limited due to all the locals that hang out there all day everyday. I live closebut its better to either go to Robins or go to the Kingston location. Good service. Debit machines seem to go down a lot but that's not their fault. It happens at every Tim's for some reason though.... Otherwise no complaints. Read more
Always busy gotta wait in line forever. With gas prices right now its cost about $20 for an ice capp ???? But well worth it

This is the slowest most unorganized,slow,mess up orders and drops your money on ground thru drive Tim Hortons I have been... to,very poor service with no wait lines,could understand if they was busy and had line ups but with 1 or 2 cars thru drive thru10 to 15 min wait most everytime.if I could give no star I would!! This location seemed to have a lot of people just sitting for extended periods of time. The food was fine.
