Slow and not organized. Over 40 mins on a slow day to get coffee and two sandwiches. We asked for to go glasses and they gave... us regular glass. Lack of management and direction to employees. Yes it was a slow day. Can't come back to this shenanigans forthe high price they want. Kwik Trip is a better alternative and faster ti.e and same quality. Read more

Such a cute coffee place with good smoothies and breakfast food too. The app is easy to use with a generous point system.... Ordering ahead to pickup is so easy. They also sell wine -- haven't had any but the selection looks pretty comprehensive. Coulduse some shade for the outside tables. Read more
They are usually really good and quick but today?s experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. I waited 45 minutes for my drink... and after coming up to the counter to let them know how long I had been waiting, I find out that they forgot/lost my order (onedrink). Read more
This place has not led me astray. Without a doubt my favorite of all the locations in town. The staff is great and always takes... care of the guests. They might be too good at upselling the pastries but it is so worth it. The seating is plentiful and cozy aswell! Read more
I have gone to the location on old Sauk so many times over the last few years and have always had great experience?... however?.. Over the last few weeks I?ve gone in three times at 5:35-5:40 to be told that the grill is closed because they areclosing at six.?? My Most recent visit I called ahead to make sure the grill was still open. At 5:25 I was told ?the grill isopen until we close? (clearly that?s not what actually happens). We get there at 5:35 place our orders and at around 545, thelady at the counter oddly tells us ?you know we have to make this to go because we are closing at six?. Well? that should?vebeen clarified when we put our order in at 5:35. I have never experienced a restaurant asking you to leave 15 minutes beforeclosing time and not letting you eat there. It was bizarre. We take the food and make our way out. My seven year old daughtergoes to the register by herself to say ?bye ? stands right in front of the lady and says this sweet little ?bye? not once but twice and the Woman who is literally a foot away from her completely ignores a seven year old? I then have to explain to mydaughter why someone would be so rude.. Coffee is great, the place is nice and cozy, pretty good selection of wine and ok selection of craft beers. The baristas we're... super slow on making drinks, otherwise I'd definitely give it another star, will try it again and for sure, big plus on the freeWiFi, as always, make sure you use a VPN and protect your devices when using unsecured networks. Nice location and comfortable spot for a coffee. Plenty of parking. Good dark roasted coffee today.
