I ordered delivery from this location and their delivery is through DoorDash and the delivery driver cancelled my order without... consulting me and I was unable to get the order that I placed nor was I able to get any answers as to why this happened or getthrough to anyone to help remedy the situation. I paid online for a single burrito bowl but I needed the time moved up a couple hours so I called the place and they told me... they could do it, but when I got there they said they couldn't make it until all the orders that had a time before mine weredone, even if they came in while I was waiting there. They didn't tell me this for over 45 minutes of waiting. Until I had noidea how long it would be so I left. Then I tried to get a refund online and it took forever for them to reimburse me. The food was great, The service could have been better; I arrived about 10 minutes after the store should have been opened but... they were just unlocking the door as I was walking up. They also forgot to turn it Is on the tortilla warmer, But they did offerto have it warmed up in the back.
