I ordered delivery from this location and their delivery is through DoorDash and the delivery driver cancelled my order without... consulting me and I was unable to get the order that I placed nor was I able to get any answers as to why this happened or getthrough to anyone to help remedy the situation. The automated support system did not offer any solutions and therefore I wasleft without my dinner and with a refund still ?pending? on my account. Read more
I paid online for a single burrito bowl but I needed the time moved up a couple hours so I called the place and they told me... they could do it, but when I got there they said they couldn't make it until all the orders that had a time before mine weredone, even if they came in while I was waiting there. They didn't tell me this for over 45 minutes of waiting. Until I had noidea how long it would be so I left. Then I tried to get a refund online and it took forever for them to reimburse me. We had this location cater our little outdoor wedding reception. The food was timed perfectly for pick up and the portions were... very generous. We had plenty of yummy food and all of our guests were very pleased! Thank you Middleton team! Read more
Mixed feelings. I arrived to pick up my burrito to go and when I opened the package it was a complete mess. It was barely... wrapped and all the ingredients leaked outside, into the aluminum wrapping. It looked like a child rolled the burrito. Theyre-made it for me, which was great! Prompt customer service. However, it was re-made very similar. Burrito not wrapped and acomplete mess. Plus, there were 2 pieces of steak in the burrito - which is a no no, when you order a non-meat burrito. Verydisappointed on whoever made this burrito, but the gentleman at the front did what he could to rectify the situation initially,so the customer service in the front is great! Always get my order right and food delivered quickly. Whoever was working at 345pm on July 15th really hooked it up with the... amount of food in my burrito bowl. It was beautifully presented too. Love that kind of service from my local Chipotle Read more
Quality is alright but quantity is lacking. We got burrito bowls and normally they are quite full but not at this chipotle. I... attached a picture of the bowl. The chips also had a weird shine on them and tasted off, picture also attached. Read more
The food was great, The service could have been better; I arrived about 10 minutes after the store should have been opened but... they were just unlocking the door as I was walking up. They also forgot to turn it Is on the tortilla warmer, But they did offerto have it warmed up in the back. I believe the dining room was open but I did not feel welcome to sit down I ended up goingoutside and eating in my car. Read more
