My family (6) went late on Saturday, March 12, 2022. The place was packed. Extremely busy. There was only one worker. Let me... tell you, the business is lucky to have the young lady working behind the counter. I cannot believe how impressed my wife and Iwere with how calm and respectful she was. The lady in front of us also recognized the hard work and professionalism and lefther a 20 dollar tip. We left her 10. It's good to know there are good employees left out there. Read more

Ice cream place suppose to be happy place for everyone specially, when you visit this happy place with Kid (3 yr old) Had a good... walk and wanted to have some ice cream we entered in the store 9.57 pm (store closing at 10)and do not want any complicatedorder just small cup for kid and girl worked there said ?we are closing in 2 mins? there was one other guy had big order. This was probably one of the worse experiences I had at Cold Stone. For starters, the store floor isn't very clean.
