My family (6) went late on Saturday, March 12, 2022. The place was packed. Extremely busy. There was only one worker. Let me... tell you, the business is lucky to have the young lady working behind the counter. I cannot believe how impressed my wife and Iwere with how calm and respectful she was. The lady in front of us also recognized the hard work and professionalism and lefther a 20 dollar tip. We left her 10. It's good to know there are good employees left out there. Read more

Ice cream place suppose to be happy place for everyone specially, when you visit this happy place with Kid (3 yr old) Had a good... walk and wanted to have some ice cream we entered in the store 9.57 pm (store closing at 10)and do not want any complicatedorder just small cup for kid and girl worked there said ?we are closing in 2 mins? there was one other guy had big order. Stood in line for almost half an hour just to buy an ice cream cake. Only one person is working and it is so slow. We will be... lucky if we get home before it melts. Would not recommend. Read more
I went in there today to look for a cake and opened the freezer full of cakes to then be asked to close the freezers doors?as I... was looking. The employee, Jade, expected me to just look at the cakes through frost-covered doors. She was very unprofessionaland made a scene of going around the counter to double check that the freezer doors were in fact closed properly after I hadclosed them. I will not be going back anytime in the future and hope the owners re-examine who they hire before they lose morecustomers. Read more
This was probably one of the worse experiences I had at Cold Stone. For starters, the store floor isn't very clean. Add the... employee who slams your order on the counter and you've got ice cream flying everywhere. They also don't use gloves which reallyboggles my mind. I should've left my order on the counter, tbh. Read more
