Today was the third time the pizza came so late my family had already got an alternative dinner. Tonight we ordered the pizza,... the website estimated 30-40min, at an hour I tried to call. It was corporate recordings and I could not connect with a realperson. We cooked dinner for the kids and the pizza showed up over two hours after we ordered it. My family will not beordering dominos again. Read more

Ordered a small buffalo chicken pizza in the store. They said 30 minutes. I said okay. 30 minutes later, got the pizza and went... home. Opened the pizza box and no buffalo sauce on the ?buffalo chicken? pizza. Tried to call and nobody answers. Called theentire way driving back to the place to see if they would have a new one ready with no answer on the phone at any time. Walkedin and told them what happened. They asked if I wanted a new one made. I said yes. They said 5 minutes. No ?thank you for yourpatience?, no ?sorry for the inconvenience and poor service?. Nothing. And still not answering the phone. Waited 15 minutes forthe 5 minute remake. Never got an apology. Read more

I ordered a bread bowl pasta dish with simply just marinara and Parmesan cheese. It came with meat and I am a vegetarian. I... called to see if I could get a refund on my account for it? the manager on duty told me he doesn?t know how to do that and I cancall him back tomorrow morning and they can make me the pasta then. I said I don?t want pasta for breakfast and he said I?dstill have to figure it out in the morning because his drivers all went home and he doesn?t know what he?s doing? I never haveissues with this location and I order often but this made no sense to me. Everything else in my order was great but the pastawas very disappointing as I haven?t eaten all day and nothings open anymore. It would?ve been better had I been reimbursed oreven apologized to. I was pretty disappointed with the time to deliver, inaccurate pizza creation (they delivered something other than what we... ordered) and the complete absence of our third item. The delivery man, John, was nice and polite, but why 40 minutes latewithout a call? We order 90 minutes in advance. I feel like I?ve been ripped off. I?ve called the university avenue store threetimes and no one answers. This is unprofessional! Read more

Wish I could give 0 stars! 1 star is waaaayyyyyy too generous. First time dealing with this particular store. As such, I made... multiple calls to this store (which took a very, very long time for them to answer) before making an order online. I needed ananswer to some questions about being tax exempt and how I can make sure this order wouldn't be charged tax. The first call wentto a "manager-in-training" who didn't know a thing, not being able to answer simple questions. In fact, she just hung up on mewhen I pressed the matter further (great attitude as a worker). Now I'm angry. After calling back I reached someone differentand asked the same questions and was assured that the online interface could address my tax exempt issue. He told me somethingabout coupons and other discounts. I told him that that wasn't my issue; it was an issue of being tax exempt, not a discount;two clearly different things. He again assured me the website could address the issue adequately. After trying to get moreclarity, I WAS HUNG UP ON AGAIN! So, armed with this solid knowledge, with trepidation, I went ahead and made the order online. Big mistake. Lo and behold, the tax exempt issue WAS NOT addressed in the coupons and other discounts section (imaginethat). I was brushed off with pat and totally wrong answers. It was clear that they just didn't want to deal with me. You canbe sure I won't be using this store again and I will make sure I tell as many people as I can about this truly awful purchasingexperience. Honestly, I have not felt like I've been treated this badly as a customer more than a scant few other times. Ithink some better training at that store is in order. Not a good way to run a business. As other reviewers have lamented, Ishould have read the other reviews for this store. I suggest you do this. Many, many consistently bad reviews. Go to GlassNickel. They actually care about their customers. Read more

On this particular date I ordered pizza, as usual, except it was later in the evening than I typically order. First, it was... taking a really long time to arrive for a Sunday evening. I used the tracker to watch its progress; it was supposed to arrive injust a minute or two. Great. Tick, tick, tick, no one arrived. I checked again and it said my order was complete; it had beendelivered. This was news to me since it was not here and nowhere in the vicinity. So, I got on the phone and tried to call them.I could not get through to a person. They never answer the phone at this location anymore. I went online to see if I couldresolve my issue, like get my money back for items that had not materialized, but the best I could do there was get one freepizza; totally not equal to the money I was losing. I was very frustrated and angry at the theft of my hard-earned money. Afterhalf an hour of trying, I was getting ready to go down there to the store. This meant finding a ride to get me there. Thenfinally a delivery person arrived with my order, which was stone cold and a half an hour late. The delivery guy was hardlyapologetic, just pretty much shrugging me off, I guess he already had his tip money, after all, and I couldn't change thatnow. I have been ordering pizza from this Domino's location for years. Their pizza is good for the price, but their service hassteadily become worse and worse over the years. At this point I'm not sure I will continue to order from them at all, after thisfiasco. My biggest complaint is that nobody made it right, which is the difference between losing or keeping a dissatisfiedcustomer. Anyone can make a mistake or run into unforseen snags when conducting business, this I understand, but it's justreally bad business to do nothing to correct it. They used to, now they do as little as possible. I highly recommend findingsomewhere else to get your pizza from, especially if you want it delivered in a timely, friendly, and edible fashion. Placed a $100+ order online the night before for a work function and showed up at the scheduled carryout time and the manager... said they had no record of the order and that it had somehow been voided from their system, even though I had been charged andhad a confirmation receipt. The manager, Brandon, apologized and had the entire order (15+ pizzas with appetizers and desserts)ready in about 20 minutes. He also gave a 50% discount, which was very nice. It's hard to find hardworking young people to workin a Domino's nowadays, let alone want to be the manager of one. This location is lucky to have Brandon. Read more

Ordered 3 times in the last two weeks so I gave it a try. I am so stupid to do so. Every time it took 2 hours to get my food... regardless of the day. The store doesn?t answer the phone either. Three orders were wrong and all were cold. I was even givenadvice by the driver ?to microwave and either way pizza is best anyways?. Only resolution Dominoes offers is a free medium pizzaor 10% a menu item. That?s nice but what about my messed up $50 order. They just keep that money. Asked driver to have themanager call me and no dice all five times. This place is ripping people off. Steer clear. Read more
