Not the best 5 Guys visit I have had and yes probably the worst. Service was good. Inside was clean. Meal was hot. Fries looked... to be an hour old and tasted like cardboard that was dropped into a salt bin. The burger was all sorts of a mess when I unfoldedit from the aluminum foil. I ended up eating it with a fork because I couldn?t hold it. Should have read the reviews before Iwent here. Read more
My goodness have they jacked up their prices. Lunch for 1 adult and 3 kids was $70, no joke. It's delicious but untenable.
Only go here if your time has no value to you. A complete lack of any sense of urgency from the staff. Waited 10 minutes past my... pickup time. I was so disgusted I left without my food and went to Subway where I had a sandwich in less than 5 minutes withoutpre-ordering. I'm sure glad that I added 25% tip to the pre-order. Read more
Slowest service of any five guys I have ever experienced. Yesterday I left when 4 employees would not take my order after... waiting a few minutes with no other customers in the store. Today, thought I would give it another chance. Waited 2 minutes togive an order with no line, then a simple single hot dog took over 14 min. (Still counting). An order made 3 before mine justgot their food, so they were here much longer. 4 employees for 8 waiting customers, not much business. Maybe the meat wasfrozen? Final time= 20 min for a single hot dog, no lines, no crowd at 7 PM. Guess what. It was like barely warm!!! Nottypically hot and fresh. Read more
Onions not grilled, messed up shakes. Burgers were small and one large fry does not feed 2 people.
This is the cleanest five guys I?ve ever been to. I?d even say one of the cleanest fast food places I?ve been to. It?s not too... busy (unlike most five guys) but this place is very very clean. Food was delicious like always too. Read more
I can't say enough good things about this place. The burgers are fabulous, the fries are delicious, milkshakes are phenomenal.... But the BEST part of this place is the PEOPLE. Whenever my wife and I come here, we feel so taken care of and the folks here areso nice. So get yourself over here, get yourself some good food, and say hi to these guys. I'd give a sixth star if Google couldcount that high. Read more
